Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will not be processed. However, once you receive your order, you can return it for a full refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

When will my order be processed?

All orders are handled and shipped out from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for processing during holidays and sale seasons. We process orders between Monday and Friday, and they will typically be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date. Orders will be shipped the day after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?
